What happens if something goes wrong?
Every machine is fully tested before it ships, so it arrives working. Your parts are brand-new and genuine, so each one keeps whatever manufacturer warranty it normally carries. If anything is ever off with your rig, contact us and we'll help you figure it out and make it right. The only returns we accept are for systems damaged in transit, which is exactly what optional shipping insurance is for.
How do you handle performance?
We stress-test every build on its own hardware before it ships to make sure it's stable and performing the way its parts should. We don't publish a benchmark sheet or promise a specific frame rate, because real-world FPS depends on the game, settings, patches, and your display — anyone quoting you an exact number up front is guessing. If your rig isn't performing the way it should for its parts, we'll diagnose and re-tune it.
How fast does the concierge actually respond?
Our aim is a first response within 24 hours on every channel, and in practice it's usually much faster. For high-priority issues (rig won't post, won't boot, system instability), flag the ticket "CRITICAL" and we'll prioritize it and get you on the phone the same day — not just chat. We're a small team, so you're talking to an actual builder, not a queue.
Can I upgrade my rig later?
Yes. Your rig is built with standard, off-the-shelf parts, so upgrades are straightforward — GPU, RAM, storage, and cooling can all be swapped down the line. Ship it back to us and we'll handle the upgrade, or we can walk you through doing it yourself over a call. If we ever add a formal trade-in program, we'll publish the exact terms here.
How long does a build take?
Standard lead time is 7–14 business days from quote approval. This covers hand assembly, OS install with latest drivers, a 2-hour burn-in cycle, and final QA. Every build is treated as a priority build — there's no upcharge to jump the line. Ground shipping adds 3–5 days depending on where you are.
What if something breaks outside business hours?
Email voidforgesystems@gmail.com at any hour. We're a two-person shop, so off-hours responses come the next business morning — but they come from a real human who actually built and shipped your rig, not a help-desk script. For critical hardware failures (won't power on, transit damage), we treat those as priority and respond as fast as we can.
